Zach and Tobi
Zach and Tobi are such a light together. The way the cast glances back and forth throughout the day was the cutest. It wasn’t a surprise to see all of this love and light shine through their wedding photography and videography at lovely Willow and Oak event space in Creston, California. Zach and Tobi chose our Milky Way Package which includes everything from a long form video to over 1000 edited images.
Willow and Oak
Willow and Oak is a 65-acre countryside estate is an incredible property with homes scattered about it to stay for a whole weekend. They have worked tirelessly to create a space for couples that not only accommodates your guest, it treats them like family. This new trend in San Luis Obispo county weddings of renting the whole property for the whole weekend is really growing. There is something so magical about spending the whole weekend with your loved ones and your friends and celebrating every second of it. There is more to a wedding than just the ceremony.
Rain
To think of California weddings, you usually think of bright sunny days. It is expected really. But occasionally it does rain and there are some great vendors on the central coast to accommodate these unforeseen circumstances. The folks were able to setup a tent for the ceremony and the diffused light was quite beautiful on the wedding day. They say it is good luck if it rains on your wedding day and it absolutely was for Zach and Tobi. When Tobi was being walked from the main house at Willow and Oak, down a beautiful path to the ceremony, it began to pour, but everyone laughed and she looked lovely in the rain. Zach was crying. It was quite stunning.
By the end of the ceremony, the rain cleared and the rest of the evening was full of so much fun and dancing and a really pretty sunset.
Sunset
We took Zach and Tobi around the pond for wedding photography and videography. Sunset is really when you want to get the best couple photos in because the light is so nice. The light this evening did not disappoint. With low hanging clouds and the moon peaking out, they walked hand in hand around the pond. The wedding photos came out stunning.
